Shipping T&Cs
Shipping to UK mainland orders worth over £100 is free.
Shipping to european destinations is free when the order is over £150, and shipping to other destinations is free when the order is over £180.
Please note that products are not sold on a trial basis. Unwanted goods can only be returned if they are re-saleable and will be subject to a 25%-50% administration, handling and restocking charge, with any shipping charges to return the goods being the responsibility of the buyer.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the items to ensure that all merchandise received is of merchantable quality. Please advise immediately if you are not happy and we will endeavour to assist you.
If you wish to return any products that are not damaged or faulty, this must be done within 14 days of receiving the order in the UK, and 28 days when the goods are sent internationally. Additionally, due to the sensitive energetic nature of the products, the goods must be returned in the exact same condition they were sent out.
If you are sending back any goods, the total amount refunded will be calculated after administration, handling and restocking costs have been taken into account.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
