First steps - Basic SRT Course
Students will learn to recognise and clear the thirteen basic reasons for a programme - a programme is a limiting belief, perception or judgment. The programmes which naturally come up to be cleared are those which are negatively impacting the present moment. Once the programme and resultant discordant energies are cleared, students feel "lighter", more in tune with themselves and the world seems like a warm, friendly place again.
- INHERITANCE - A belief you pick up from someone else or bring in with you from another life. For instance you may inherit the beliefs of your parents and grandparents through the genes as far back as 9 generations.
- IDENTIFICATION - How you see yourself in relationship to another or how you see them. Also how you see yourself.
- IMPRINT - A statement given to the subconscious mind by yourself or another person during an emotionally charged time.
- EXPERIENCE/TRAUMA - Any painful experience that has a high negative charge on it.
- BENEFIT - A pay-off. May be justification, self-punishment, getting attention, protection, etc.
- CONFLICT - A want colliding with a taboo.
- SELF-PUNISHMENT - Beating one's self up.

Next steps - Advanced (Practitioner) SRT Course
The Advanced Course is a follow up three day course to the Basic Module, concentrating on developing better personal energy management and maximising core SRT skills to keep oneself clear of negative programming. Be prepared for further, life-affirming shifts in consciousness!
The course is intensive but fun, deepening spiritual concepts covered in the basic section and introducing new concepts and advanced techniques to make the clearing process easier and quicker.
The Advanced SRT course covers:
- a review of the basic course (13 basic reasons for a programme)
- in-depth explanation and study of all the charts, particularly archetypal energies and spiritual realms charts
- brain restructuring to restore mind/body co-ordination
- homotoxicology (to clear all toxins from the body)
- how to complete a full clearing

How does SRT work?
The conscious mind programs the subconscious with beliefs, perceptions and judgments. Through the High Self, you work with a pendulum and SRT Charts to find and clear negative programmes that cause unwanted subconscious responses. However, the pendulum is only a communication device between the conscious, subconscious and super-conscious and does not, of its own accord, give you answers.
You will learn how to use breath and intention to access the High Self, putting the conscious mind aside. Once you have achieved this neutral state, you simply ask "is there a program to clear?" and follow the simple but highly effective process to remove self-limiting programs.
Following the SRT system ensures a clearer understanding of the cause or causes behind any difficulty, illness or blocking energy. High Self will indicate what needs to be cleared. The SRT Charts are used to determine the number of programs running and on what chart the program is listed.
The system of SRT is profoundly simple to use, validated by current breakthroughs in quantum science, and enacts change in an instant. SRT gives us a clear and simple methodology to release discordant energy and outdated information from the cellular memory.
Everything that you create in your life is an outward manifestation of your internal beliefs, attitudes and perceptions. By going within and changing your beliefs, your experience of reality changes.
Our beliefs can be conceptualised as complex layers going right back through the time line. All of these beliefs have served us at some point in our evolution but they are a filter through which we view our world.
