Obey the principles without being bound by them.
A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.
Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
The martial arts are ultimately self-knowledge. A punch or a kick is not to knock the hell out of the guy in front, but to knock the hell out of your ego.

Mystery illness is at an all-time high. With each new decade to come, the number of people suffering from autoimmune disorders and other chronic mystery illnesses will double or triple. It’s time to expand the definition of mystery illness, to wake up to the fact that millions of people need answers.

Correlation and causation. It’s one thing to be linked to a disease; it’s quite another to cause a disease.
It is not hormones and neurotransmitters that control our bodies and our minds; our beliefs control our bodies, our minds, and thus our lives.
