Change

If you have a strong desire for recovery, and doctors are giving you no hope, it is logical that you would turn to alternative approaches where hope is not only allowed but encouraged, for there is much evidence to show that people can recover from supposedly 'incurable' diseases.  
Inner peace begins the moment you choose not to allow another person or event to control your emotions
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.
Without health life is not life; it is only a state of langour and suffering - an image of death.
Man learns through experience, and the spiritual path is full of different kinds of experiences.
Death is not extinguishing the light; it is only putting out the lamp because the dawn has come.
Let your life lightly dance on the edges of Time like dew on the tip of a leaf.
Accept responsibility for your life. Know that it is you who will get you where you want to go, no one else.
Following our inner guidance may feel risky and frightening at first, because we are no longer playing it safe, doing what we 'should' do, pleasing others, following rules, or deferring to outside authority.
You create your opportunities by asking for them.
A truly compassionate attitude toward others does not change even if they behave negatively or hurt you.
The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.
If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.
See the flower as dying and you will see the flower sadly.
We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.
