Getting Older

The soul is very clear that its purpose is evolution...it is not concerned with the achievements of the body or the development of the mind. These are all meaningless to the soul.   The soul is also very clear that there is no great tragedy involved in leaving the body. In many ways the tragedy is being in the body.  
Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes.
The first indication that you are disallowing your physical well-being comes to you in the form of negative emotion.
Your life is happening now and is really represented by how you are feeling now.
Your body is absolutely a pure reflection of the way you think. There is nothing else that is affecting your body other than your thoughts.    
Beauty is not in the face, beauty is in the light of the heart.
In order to go safely through this jungle of life you must equip yourself with the proper weapons.… The wise man who is armed against all forms of warfare—against disease, against destiny and karma, against all evil thoughts and habits—becomes the victor in this adventure.
Where old age is accepted as part of the social fabric, elders remain extremely vigorous.
Life really does begin at forty. Up until then, you are just doing research.
As we begin to travel more lightly within the body, aging becomes a different experience.
You grow old when you lose interest in life, when you cease to dream, to hunger after new truths, and to search for new worlds to conquer.
