Faith is a state of openness or trust.
Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one.
Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.
The Highest Thought is always that thought which contains joy.
Mine is always your Highest Thought, your Clearest Word, your Grandest Feeling.
Be a Bringer of the Light. For your light can do more than illuminate your own path. Your light can be the light which truly lights the world.  
Grief is a natural emotion. It’s the part of you which allows you to say goodbye when you don’t want to say goodbye; to express—push out, propel—the sadness within you at the experience of any kind of loss.  
Every day is sanctified. Every minute is holy. This, now, is the Holy Instant.  
There comes a time in the evolution of every soul when the chief concern is no longer the attainment of worldly success, but the realization of Self.
We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.

It’s critical to know that our bodies don’t attack themselves.
Mystery illness is at an all-time high. With each new decade to come, the number of people suffering from autoimmune disorders and other chronic mystery illnesses will double or triple. It’s time to expand the definition of mystery illness, to wake up to the fact that millions of people need answers.  
Compassion is the understanding of suffering. There is no peace, joy, or hope until those who suffer are understood. Compassion is the soul of these words; without it, they are empty. Compassion fills them with truth, honor, and purpose.  
I’m not a physician. I have no medical training. Yet I can tell you things about your health that no one else can. I can give you clarity on chronic and mystery illnesses that doctors often misdiagnose, treat incorrectly, or tag with certain labels even when they don’t truly understand what causes the symptoms.  
When we’re sick, we question ourselves. We feel cut off from life, from what we were put on earth to do. We doubt basic truths, like the body’s ability to heal, because we haven’t yet connected to what’s really behind our illnesses. We are not victims of our genes, but masters of our fates, able to create lives overflowing with peace, happiness, and love.
You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is like an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.
