Faith is a state of openness or trust.
If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.
Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.
Be a Bringer of the Light. For your light can do more than illuminate your own path. Your light can be the light which truly lights the world.  
We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.
If you’re always trying to be normal you will never know how amazing you can be.

Compassion is the understanding of suffering. There is no peace, joy, or hope until those who suffer are understood. Compassion is the soul of these words; without it, they are empty. Compassion fills them with truth, honor, and purpose.  
I’m not a physician. I have no medical training. Yet I can tell you things about your health that no one else can. I can give you clarity on chronic and mystery illnesses that doctors often misdiagnose, treat incorrectly, or tag with certain labels even when they don’t truly understand what causes the symptoms.  
When we’re sick, we question ourselves. We feel cut off from life, from what we were put on earth to do. We doubt basic truths, like the body’s ability to heal, because we haven’t yet connected to what’s really behind our illnesses. I truly believe that only when Spirit and Science are reunited will we be afforded the means to create a better world.
