Suffering

Man learns through experience, and the spiritual path is full of different kinds of experiences.
What matters is to live in the present, live now, for every moment is now.

Whether our action is wholesome or unwholesome depends on whether that action or deed arises from a disciplined or undisciplined state of mind.
If you think only of yourself, only your own happiness, the result is actually less happiness.
