Will

Character is how you treat those who can do nothing for you.
The will is not free - it is a phenomenon bound by cause and effect - but there is something behind the will which is free.
The Vedanta recognises no sin it only recognises error. And the greatest error, says the Vedanta is to say that you are weak, that you are a sinner, a miserable creature, and that you have no power and you cannot do this and that.
You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul.
Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. This is the way to success.
We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret or disappointment.
The mind is like an elastic band. The more you pull, the more it stretches. The mind-elastic will never break. Every time you feel limitations, close your eyes and say to yourself, 'I am the Infinite,' and you will see what power you have.
The only limit to your impact is your imagination and commitment.
The path to success is to take massive, determined action.
Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.
If we choose to believe we are helpless victims and that it’s all hopeless, then the Universe will support us in that belief, and we will just go down the drain. It is vital that we release these foolish, outmoded, negative ideas and beliefs that do not support us and nourish us. Even our concept of God needs to be one that is for us, not against us.
Inner peace begins the moment you choose not to allow another person or event to control your emotions
Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.
Work out your own salvation. Do not depend on others.
To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind.
No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.
The clearer and stronger your intention, the more quickly and easily your creative visualization will work.
When we meet real tragedy in life, we can react in two ways--either by losing hope and falling into self-destructive habits, or by using the challenge to find our inner strength
Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.
